...a foreign power,an ally, supplied[secretly] a murderous group which eventually destroyed one of the most significant buildings in the country, sending it into a state of emergency from which it has not yet recovered. Over 3000 people,most just doing their jobs,others trying to help,were killed.Draconian measures were taken soon after,altering the constitution on the continents longest lasting democracy to this day. The people of Chile are still recovering from the coup, September the 11th, 1973.For all those who died on this day,this strange day in history,including,of course, those in the city in which I live,the 3000 killed by the crazed bastards in the hijacked jets,we pray God's mercy.
